Fruit Rollup

VEGAN

  • PREP TIME: 10 min.

  • COOK TIME: 20 min.

  • SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS

- 3 cups berries

- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener or 10 drops (if liquid)

- 1/4 cup chili powder or Tajin (if you want them spicy)

- 2 limes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend all the ingredients until they mix together fully

2. Cover a tray with a layer of baking paper and spread the mix on top of it until it becomes a thin layer occupying the majority of the space on the tray

3. Heat the oven at 170°F and place the tray inside for 4 hours

4. Be patient, it’s going to be worth it! Maybe head over to our Movement page and do a couple of workouts while you wait :)

5. After the time’s up, take the tray out of the oven and with a pizza cutter or scissors, cut the paper into long strips, and without removing the paper from the mix, roll them up into delicious fruit roll-ups
