INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup frozen spinach

- 1/2 cup almond milk (no sugar)

- 1 frozen kiwi

- 1/2 avocado

- 1/2 frozen green apple

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powdered

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all the ingredients together in the blender

2. Blend until smooth

3. Pour on the glass
