CAULIFLOWER BITS YAKIMESHI

INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 3 cups cauliflower bits
- 3 cups brocoli bits
- 2 carrots finely chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/4 liquid aminos (soy substitute)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat the pan on medium heat and once its hot, add the olive oil, onion, garlic and the carrot
2. Once they are a little bit cooked, add the cauliflower, broccoli and peas to the pan. Then mix them all together
3. Once everything is cooked and golden, add the soy substitute and sesame oil. Mix for approx. 5 minutes
4. Serve your yakimeshi in a bowl and add salt and pepper to your taste
5. ENJOY!

For non vegan/vegetarian, you can add protein such as chicken or shrimp
