SWEET POTATO FRIES

INGREDIENTS
- 4 small sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- Sea salt - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat the oven at 220ºC. And cover two trays with baking paper
2. Cut the sweet potato in thin strips and split them between the two trays
3. Pour a little bit of olive oil on top of all the sweet potato strips and then sprinkle the flour on top of them until they are all covered
4. Place the trays in the oven for 25 minutes and then flip the strips so that they can cook on the other side. Keep them in the oven for an extra 5-10 minutes and get them out when they’re crunchy and nice.
5. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle sea salt
6. ENJOY!
