The Perfect Abs Workout

  1. Both legs lift

2. Scissors

3. Bicycles:

first start with your left leg and then the right one, 15 each

4. Hold & Stretch - 15 each

5. 1 min plank

don’t move & lift your booty

6. Leg lift - 15 each

7. Knee touching elbow

& then stretch to the sky

15 each

8. Leg pulses - 15 each

Remember It is very important that you repeat the routine 4 times so  the exercise can be complete.
